This class will offer basic gymnastics skills which each child will progress and learn more skills and perfect the old skills. Strength, flexibility,balance and confidence will be taught with the use of beams, mats,training bar and porta pit.

Children going directly from school to this class must provide a note to the office to allow them to stay after for gymnastics.Also, please bring a snack and wear athletic attire to school that day or bring a change of clothes.

They will learn how to transform a piece of clay into a wonderful bowl, vase or plate after drawing their own design.

This class will introduce the skills and knowledge of volleyball. The students will be given the opportunity to see if they like the sport and will help prepare them for recreational volleyball. We use trainer volleyballs so the students are allowed to experience the sport without pain. Beach balls will also be used at times for fun skill building activities.
Note: No class Nov. 9th due to parent teacher conferences.
